1. InstaSPY will never ask for these

Never share your password, email login code, OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, complete card number, banking password, recovery code or device-unlock code with anyone—including someone claiming to be InstaSPY, Razorpay, your bank or support.

  • We will never ask you to install a remote-access or screen-sharing app.
  • We will never ask you to scan a QR code or enter a UPI PIN to receive a refund.
  • We will never ask for payment through a WhatsApp message, Telegram account, social-media DM, gift card, cryptocurrency wallet or an unknown personal UPI link.
  • We will never threaten to close your account unless you pay immediately.
  • We will never ask you to “test” a transaction or move money to a safe account.

2. How genuine InstaSPY payments work

Start a purchase only while signed in at https://instaspy.tech. A genuine payment opens Razorpay’s secure checkout from the InstaSPY pricing or account interface. Check the full website address before entering information.

The price, plan and credit quantity in Razorpay checkout must match what you selected on InstaSPY. If anything is unexpected, close the checkout and contact us before paying.

Entering a UPI PIN authorises money to leave your account. You do not need to enter a UPI PIN, scan a QR code or approve a collect request to receive money or a refund.

3. Protect your account

  • Use a unique password of at least 12 characters; never reuse your email or banking password.
  • Prefer the verified Google or GitHub sign-in option if you secure that account carefully.
  • Do not sign in from links in unexpected messages. Type instaspy.tech into the browser yourself.
  • Keep your browser, phone and computer updated and use a screen lock.
  • Log out on shared devices and never save passwords on a public computer.
  • Review bank and payment notifications directly in the official bank or UPI app—screenshots can be faked.

4. Common scams and warning signs

Fake support or refund

A scammer claims a payment failed and asks for an OTP, screen share, QR scan or UPI collect approval. Genuine refunds return to the original payment method and do not require your UPI PIN.

Look-alike websites and emails

Attackers copy the logo and use a misspelled domain or urgent email. Check the complete sender address and link destination. Official product access begins at instaspy.tech; account emails may come from auth.instaspy.tech.

Remote-access fraud

A caller asks you to install AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RustDesk or another screen-sharing tool. Do not install it or share your screen while banking, logging in or paying.

Fake receipt or payment screenshot

Never trust a screenshot as proof. Verify the transaction in your official bank, UPI or Razorpay account.

5. If you think you were scammed

  • Stop communicating and do not approve any further request.
  • Contact your bank or UPI provider immediately using the number in its official app or on the back of your card.
  • Change affected passwords from a trusted device and remove unknown remote-access apps.
  • Preserve the payment ID, transaction reference, phone number, email, link, screenshots and message history.
  • For financial cyber fraud in India, call 1930 immediately and report it at cybercrime.gov.in.
  • Email partnership@instaspy.tech so we can investigate an InstaSPY impersonation attempt. Do not include passwords, OTPs, PINs or complete card details.
