1. The service and operator
InstaSPY is a digital content-research service. It analyses publicly accessible Instagram Reels and produces research about content structure, hooks, editing, visuals, calls to action and possible audience psychology.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, submitted links and activity. Keep your login secure and provide accurate information.
You may not use InstaSPY to access private or restricted content, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, harass people, evade product limits, attack the service, automate abusive traffic, resell access without permission, or break applicable law or platform rules.
3. Public content and research outputs
You retain rights in material that you own. Instagram creators and other rights holders retain rights in their content. Submitting a public URL gives InstaSPY permission to process it only as needed to provide the requested research and operate the service.
Outputs are automated research assistance, not guaranteed facts, professional advice or proof of why content performed in a particular way. Private saves, shares, retention, conversions and sales are not available to InstaSPY. You must review results before relying on or publishing them.
4. Plans, credits and payments
Available plans, prices, billing periods and included usage will be shown before purchase. Unless the checkout states otherwise, one analysis credit means one successfully analysed Reel. Invalid, unavailable or failed Reel processing does not consume a successful-analysis credit, and an automatic retry must not consume a second credit.
The currently available Creator and Pro options are one-time 30-day passes. They do not renew automatically. Any future recurring subscription will be clearly labelled before payment and will require separate authorisation.
When billing is enabled, payments will be processed by Razorpay. You authorise only the one-time charge displayed at checkout; paid InstaSPY passes do not renew automatically. Any applicable tax treatment will be shown on the checkout or payment record. Plan features and prices may change prospectively; an existing paid period will not be shortened without an appropriate remedy.
5. Availability and changes
InstaSPY depends on third-party platforms and public content that may change, block collection, become private or disappear. We may maintain, improve, limit or suspend parts of the service for security, reliability, legal compliance or capacity. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
6. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaSPY is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, business outcome, follower growth or commercial performance of any analysis.
InstaSPY is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, or creators whose public profiles may be shown for research discovery.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaSPY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm or decisions made from automated research. Our total liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to InstaSPY during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Cancellation, termination and disputes
You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel recurring billing as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. We may restrict or close an account that materially violates these terms, threatens the service or creates legal or security risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, please email us so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in India will handle unresolved disputes.
